Inside-Out Framework Designed by Someone Who's Been There

I spent years struggling to make sense of my emotions and wound up with an eating disorder in my late teens. I've wandered between severe restriction and feeling controlled by food, to dieting for bodybuilding competitions and becoming hyper-focused on my physique, to emotional eating, to eating for performance, to intuitive eating, and everything in between.

I've done it all, and it led me to stacks of books, mountains of education, a Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology, a Masters in Counseling, and a PhD in Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine.

 

I've changed my mind a lot about what works, what's appropriate, and what people need to support their metabolic, mental, emotional, physical, developmental, relational, and environmental health.

  • Does the course cover all aspects of coping with food and body stuff?
    This course is the culmination of years of personal and professional experience and expertise. It covers the most important foundational principles and practices that have been shown in research to make the most significant difference among those who struggle with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, and emotion regulation. I took great care in organizing and designing to be applicable in your daily life to make a genuine difference in your healing. I have had clients who have been in therapy, who have worked with other coaches, and have taken other courses specifically in these areas express how much the learnings were pivotal in helping them step into new perspectives and actions! One course cannot cover everything, especially in great detail, but every participant I've worked with has been surprised within the first week of how much they are learning!
  • What is the course schedule?
    Our live coaching calls are every Thursday at 9am PST / 10am MDT / 11am ET for 16 weeks. You can expect the coaching calls to last for 60-75 minutes. The online curriculum is available to you starting when you you sign up. It is completed on your own time so accommodates the uniqueness of everyone's schedules.
  • I want to sign up, but what if I can't attend all the live calls?
    No worries! All calls will be recorded and uploaded to the private support group so you can watch them at your convenience! Even if you can't attend, you can submit questions each week! They will either be answered during the live calls or you'll hear the answers from me personally, via email!
  • Do you recommend I take this course even if I've done your other online courses or worked with you privately?
    Absolutely! You may see some overlap, however, but nothing has been duplicated within my courses! You will be engaging in practices that will help you integrate the concepts whether you're learning about them for the first time or otherwise! New prompts and explorations will be provided so you can strengthen your understanding and practice. Plus, the connection and community included in this course provides additional support not included in the DIY courses I've offered. The great thing about a course like this is that you have a framework from which to learn, with set lessons and modules.
  • How does the payment plan work?
    You can choose to pay in full or with monthly payments. I do not charge extra for the payment plan. The first installment will be charged to your card at the time of registration, and the subsequent installments will be automatically charged to the same card the following month.

  • Does this course include private sessions with you, Dr. Kori?
    Each week I will ask you to submit a check-in, sharing what you are learning, growing into, and feeling a desire to prioritize! Those check-ins come directly to me, and if it's appropriate, I will be communicating directly with you, via email to help with your reflections! You can also post your thoughts in the private support group, and not only will you be helping your peers to learn (no doubt they are likely experiencing something similar!), you will receive individualized feedback from me! If you are interested in working with me live and privately while you're moving through the course, you have the option of adding on private sessions for a reduced cost! Just ask! :)
  • How much time will this take me every week?
    When I designed the course, I considered just how busy everyone is! I love a jam-packed learning opportunity, but at the same time understand that we all have constraints and need to prioritize our other responsibilities! I would expect to spend 1-2 hours per week on the material itself, in addition to attending the live calls (or reviewing the recordings). Remember, that you don't lose access to the course material, and you can come back at any time and review certain sections that you want to spend more time with. And you do not need to spend 1-2 hours in one single block!
  • How long will I have access to the course materials?
    You will be able to access all of the course curriculum for a full year from your time of purchase. I always recommend that you download all of the documents that are available, and do the same with the resources that are posted in the private support group! You will remain in the support group after the 16 weeks, however, access to the group coaching calls will end after 16 weeks. You can choose a monthly membership if you'd like to retain access to the group coaching calls for that additional support. Email me for details.
